Greece's coast guard was combing the waters off the eastern Aegean island of Samos on Monday for signs of survivors after two boats carrying prospective migrant sank, killing two people, dpa reported. Coast guard officials said a woman was among the dead. A total of 36 people were rescued, but another 60-65 people reportedly traveling in the vessels remain unaccounted for. A super puma helicopter and several coast guard vessels were involved in the search and rescue mission. The nationality of the migrants were not immediately clear.
