Russian Foreign Minister Starts Visit to Cuba

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov started an official visit today to Havana at the time that tension is growing with the West over the crisis in Ukraine.
During the visit, Lavrov will meet with his Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez, Cuban foreign Ministry said in a statement today.
