Fulham let slip a golden chance to escape the Premier League relegation zone as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Hull on Saturday while West Brom moved out of trouble, dpa reported. Everton's hopes of finishing fourth in the Premier League - and clinching the last Champions League spot - slipped further as they were beaten 2-0 at Southampton. Fulham looked on course to get out of the bottom three for the first time since January when they led Hull 2-0 with 15 minutes to go through goals by Ashkan Dejagah and Fernando Amorebieta in three second-half minutes. But goals by Nikica Jelavic and Shane Long grabbed a point for Hull, who now look safe, leaving Fulham third-bottom, one point behind Norwich, who play at Manchester United later Saturday. Saido Berahino's 10th-minute goal was enough to give West Bromwich Albion a 1-0 win over West Ham, lifting the home side five points clear of Fulham. Aston Villa are not out of trouble, only four points ahead of Fulham, after they were hammered 4-1 at Swansea. Own goals by Antolin Alcarez and Seamus Coleman, both in the first half, gave eighth-placed Southampton victory over Everton. Everton remain fifth, one point behind Arsenal but having played a game more, with only two games remaining themselves. -- SPA 19:25 LOCAL TIME 16:25 GMT تغريد
