EU foreign ministers have decided to proceed with more travel bans and asset freezes in reaction to Russia's actions in Ukraine, dpa quoted the bloc's foreign policy chief as saying. "Any further actions aimed at destabilizing Ukraine have to stop," Catherine Ashton told journalists in Luxembourg following the ministers' talks. "In light of the latest events, we decided to expand the list of those subject to asset freezes and visa bans." Experts are now expected to come up with new sanction targets. Ashton described the situation in Ukraine as "extremely worrying" and said the ministers "condemn unreservedly the actions by armed individuals in the cities of eastern Ukraine." -- SPA 22:08 LOCAL TIME 19:08 GMT تغريد
