Council of Europe sanctions Russian delegation

The Council of Europe's parliamentary
assembly on Thursday suspended the Russian delegation's voting rights
until the end of the year because of Moscow's annexation of Crimea, dpa reported.
The vote prompted a walk out of the Russian deputies from the
assembly in Strasbourg. Delegation head Alexei Pushkov said that
Russia would rethink its future participation in the assembly.
