World Telecommunication Development Conference Opens in Dubai

The World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-14) was opened today in Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) in Dubai, and will run until Thursday April 10th.
The conference is held under the theme 'Broadband for Sustainable Development', and attended by more than 1500 official delegates and over 50 ICT ministers from 130 countries.
