Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues.
Alwatan and Almadinah newspapers hailed the selection of Prince Muqrin as deputy crown prince saying it came as a message that reassures lovers of the kingdom and its people about the kingdom's stability.
The newspapers hailed the wisdom of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in taking this decision.
On another local issue, Alyoum newspaper called for containing the phenomenon of begging in the Kingdom as there are channels for helping the needy citizens in the country.
