Volkert van der Graaf, jailed for 18 years in 2003 for the murder of right-wing populist politician Pim Fortuyn, will get early release from prison on May 2, the Dutch Justice Ministry said on Wednesday in The Hague according to dpa. Van der Graaf, who will have served two thirds of his sentence without incident, is entitled to leave jail because the risk of a repeat offence is small, the ministry said.
