Malaysian premier to witness Philippines peace deal with rebels

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak will witness the
signing of a final peace agreement this week between the Philippine
government and the country's largest Muslim rebel group, officials
said Wednesday, according to dpa.
Najib would "fly in (to Manila) and fly out the same day" on
Thursday, said Philippine foreign department spokesman Charles Jose.
The Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro to be signed in Manila
with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front is a roadmap for a new Muslim
autonomous region called Bangsamoro or Muslim Nation by 2016.
