Leaders and heads of delegations of Arab countries concluded this evening's Arab Summit working session in the State of Kuwait under the chairmanship of the State of Kuwait. A host of heads of state addressed the evening session. Two working sessions will be held tomorrow to approve the summit's resolutions and Kuwait Declaration. Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, who is the rotating president of the summit, is scheduled to deliver a closing speech. Following the summit, Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Arab League's Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al-Araby will hold a press conference to highlight the outcome of the conference.
