The regional peacekeeping mission in Central African Republic says two of its soldiers were wounded in weekend fighting. According to AP, Maj. Flavien Mulume, the acting commander of the Congolese contingent, said Monday that two Rwandan peacekeepers were wounded by militiamen. Fighting erupted in the capital, Bangui, on Sunday between peacekeepers and the militiamen known as anti-Balaka who say they are trying to provide security in the city.
