Minister of Commerce and Industry Meets U.S. Commerce Secretary

The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah met in Riyadh yesterday with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker.
During the meeting, they reviewed commercial and industrial relations between the two countries, means of their enhancement, taking advantage of the available opportunities, and the strengthening of trade and industrial cooperation by encouraging the private sector in both countries to establish joint commercial and industrial projects.
It is noteworthy that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to SR 282 billion in 2013, including SR 199 billion for Kingdom's exports to the United States of America and SR 83 billion for Kingdom's imports.
