Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues. Almadinah newspaper called on Arab and Islamic countries to follow the example of the kingdom in banning the Muslim Brotherhood. The newspaper said, "Today, we begin a new life in the kingdom," where there is no room for extremism. On Syria, Alyoum newspaper highlighted the speech made by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, at a meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Arab League yesterday. The newspaper said that in the speech, he reaffirmed the kingdom's strong position supporting Arab rights in Palestine and Syria and explained the kingdom's efforts and positions to support these rights.
