North Korea has launched seven short-range projectiles, dpa cited South Korea as saying Tuesday. The projectiles were fired from a multiple rocket launcher on the south-east coast of the country, a spokesman for the Defence Ministry in Seoul said. The rockets flew between 55 and 155 kilometres into the open sea, the spokesman said. Seoul sees recent rocket launches as a response by the North to annual spring military manoeuvres by the United States and South Korea.
