Andre Schuerrle scored a second-half hat-trick as Chelsea won 3-1 at Fulham to move four points clear at the top of the Premier League, dpa reported. The German put the game beyond Fulham with three goals in 19 minutes to extend Chelsea's lead at the top. Second-placed Arsenal lost ground as they were beaten 1-0 at Stoke through Jon Walters' penalty. Liverpool were hoping to go second, above Arsenal and third-placed Manchester City, by winning at Southampton in the day's late match. Everton moved above Manchester United into sixth place with a 1-0 win over West Ham, Romelu Lukaku scoring the only goal as a substitute.
