Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President of Allegiance-Pledge Commission has congratulated Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
The Prince wished permanent good health and happiness for the Kuwaiti Emir and his brotherly people further progress and prosperity.
