The second: a contract to establish the Toray Membrane Middle East Company LL:TMME as a joint venture between Abu-Nayan holding company of Saudi Arabia and the Toray Corporation for Industries of Japan. It was co-signed by Khalid Abu-Nayan, the Executive Manager of Abu-Nayan holding company and Akihiro Nikakko, his Toray counterpart. The third: an agreement between Saudi businessmen and their Japanese counterparts, signed by Tariq Abdulhadi Al-Gahtani from the Saudi side and Saito from the Japanese side. The meeting and the agreements' signing ceremony were attended by Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chief of the Crown Prince's Court and Special Advisor to the Crown Prince; Dr. Musaed Al-Aiyban, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information; Dr. Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Jasser, Minister of Economy and Planning; Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabee'a, Minister of Commerce and Industry; Dr. Nizar bin Obied Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; General Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan, Deputy Chief of General Staff; and Abdulaziz Turkestan, Saudi ambassador to Japan. On the Japanese side the events were attended by Defense minister Itsunori Onodera; Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance Taro Aso; Japanese ambassador to the Kingdom Jiro Kodera and senior government officials.
