Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of Board of Directors of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives, received at Al-Yamamah Palace here today Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities and Member of the Foundation's Board of Directors. The Crown Prince emphasized the importance of King Abdullah Project for Care of Civilizational Heritage as it is named after the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and embodies his attention and interest in heritage and its history, pointing out that the project is one of the basic components of the homeland's personality and an important part in supporting the cultural work. He urged all to approach the heritage and history of the homeland, promote their association with it, and take advantage of heritage and civilizational programs and centers in the Kingdom. The President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities made a visual presentation about the project aiming to enhance citizens' knowledge of the history of the homeland, taking care of the sites of the Islamic history, and the establishment and development of museums throughout the Kingdom's regions. Prince Sultan bin Salman pointed out that the project will achieve a quantum leap in the programs and projects of the national heritage significantly supported by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince. The visual presentation was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chief of Crown Prince's Court and Special Advisor; the Minister of Culture and Information and Member of King Abdulaziz Foundation's Board of Directors Dr Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja; Deputy Secretary General of the Foundation Dr. Nasser Al-Juhaimi; and senior officials of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities.
