Musad bin Abdulmohsen Al-Qanawi is appointed to the post of Minister Plenipotentiary at Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 4- Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Barrak is transferred from the post of Undersecretary of Hassa Governorate Category "A" (rank 14) to the post of Assistant Undersecretary of Governorate for Security Affairs (rank 14) at Eastern Region Principality. 5- Awadallah bin Murshid Al-Rhaili is transferred from the post of Assistant Vice President of General Auditing Bureau for Branches' Affairs (rank 15) to the post of Assistant Vice President of General Auditing Bureau for Financial Auditing (rank 15) at the General Auditing Bureau. 6- Saad bin Mithal Al-Mutairi is appointed to the post of Director General of Account Auditing Department for Military Sectors (rank 14) at the General Auditing Bureau. The Cabinet was briefed on the annual report of Communication and Information Technology for previous fiscal year and issued its directives towards it. The Cabinet's General Secretariat will submit the Cabinet's decisions to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his directives in this regard.
