Director of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) Dr. Bakri bin Matouk Assas received here today delegation of University of Malaysia Pahang (UMP), in the presence of a number of UQU deans of faculties and heads of departments. During the reception, Dr. Assas welcomed the UMP academic delegation, wishing them a successful visit for UQU and its facilities in order to deepen the scientific and academic cooperation and research between the two sides, pointing to the importance of scientific and research cooperation between the UQU and all universities around the world to achieve the desired goals in community service. He also welcomed the promotion of mutual cooperation with UMP, especially in research and academic field. For its part, the UMP delegation presented a summary on the activities of UMP in the area of manufacturing and information technology.
