US Stocks are higher in early trading on Wall Street as the stock market turns positive after three days of losses. Health care stocks rose Tuesday the most after the big drugmaker Pfizer turned in earnings that were higher than investors were expecting. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 74 points, or 0.5 percent, to 15,912. The Standard & Poor's 500 index was up seven points, or 0.4 percent, at 1,788. The Nasdaq composite edged up 2 points, just 0.05 percent, to 4,086. Technology stocks rose less than the rest of the market, held back by a decline in Apple, which slumped 8 percent after forecasting revenue that was less than the market was expecting. The Federal Reserve starts two-day policy meeting Tuesday.
