Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier, Advisor and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, received at his palace here today Indian Minister of Finance Palaniappan Chidambaram and the accompanying delegation. At the outset of the reception, the Prince welcomed the Indian Finance Minister and the accompanying delegation, commending strong relations between the Kingdom and India in various fields. During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing cooperation between the two friendly countries, particularly in the fields of commercial and industrial exchanges. The audience was attended by the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah; Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of India Dr. Saud Al-Sati; and Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Hamid Ali Rao.
