Jordan condemned as a criminal act a series of bomb blasts that hit the Egyptian capital this morning, Petra reported. State Minister for Media Affairs and Acting Foreign Minister Mohammad Momani stressed Jordan's support to Egypt, its stability and security, noting Egypt's pivotal role at the Arab and international levels. Momani expressed Jordan's rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism regardless of the motives behind them. He also offered his condolences to families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
