Arab League Secretary General Arrives in Khartoum

Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi arrived here today on a two-day official visit to Sudan.
During the visit, Dr. Al-Arabi will attend the extraordinary meeting of the Economic and Social Council of the Arab League due to kick off here later this evening.
The meeting will discuss prospects of carrying out Sudanese President Al-Bashir's initiative to ratify the Arab plan for agricultural investment and filling the food gap in the Arab world as approved by the Arab summit held in Doha, Qatar recently.
