UAE Foreign Minister Meets with EU Special Representative for Southern Mediterranean Region

Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) met here today with European Union Special Representative for Southern Mediterranean Region Bernardino Leon.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of enhancing relations between the UAE and the EU as well as between the GCC countries and the EU.
Sheikh Abdullah and Bernardino Leon also discussed the latest regional and international developments with focus on a number of international issues, pertaining to the security of the Middle East and Europe.
