viewed interests and look for the sake of their nation's interests, unity and regional integration as well as the steadfast against any attempt aiming at bringing any foreign party to fill the security gap in Afghanistan which will try to penetrate among the Afghani people to spread sectarian poison that worsen the injuries of Afghanis. On Syrian crisis, let me, first, congratulate the Syrian National Coalition on the re-election of Ahmed Al-Jarba as President of the group and point to the inconvenient statements recently issued by some international parties that are classified as going contrary to the efforts aiming at making Geneva 2 a success. We fear that the objective of such statements is to push Geneva 2 out of the rail and, thus, away from implementing the outcome of Geneva 1. In this regard, we reiterate our support for the points raised in Syrian Friends Conference in London recently, notably that the conference would conduce a political process to be based on forming a transitional government with full-fledging powers that, first of all, deprive Assad and his junta from any role in it. The second factor is that the Syrian National Coalition will be considered the sole and legitimate representative of the entire Syrian opposition spectrum. --More regional issues, including the endeavor to bring peace to the region.
