Chairman of Saudi-French Business Council Dr Mohammed bin Laden has confirmed that the State's budget for the new fiscal year of new projects and programs is an addition to the economic sectors and investment opportunity for private sector growth, praising what has been allocated to the basic development sectors, such as education, health and infrastructure.
