First GCC Political Media Forum Kicks-off in Bahrain

Deputy Premier of the Kingdom of Bahrain Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa patronized the First Gulf Political Media Forum which was opened here today.
The forum is organized by the Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) in association with the Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA) and the Bahraini Public Relations Society with participation of 400 media professionals, intellectuals and think tanks from the region.
The seminar aims to strengthen the role of media in spreading the culture of peaceful democracy and the role of media in political censorship and the electoral process.
