Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani arrived here today, leading the Kingdom's delegation to the extraordinary meeting of the Arab League Council, at the level of the Arab foreign ministers.
At Cairo International Airport, he was received by the Saudi Deputy Ambassador to Egypt Abdulrazzaq Kashmiri and the Head of the Protocol at the embassy Mohammed Dahlawi.
