Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the Secretary General of the Arab League Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi met here today.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest Arab world developments and the conclusions of the latest leg of the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations, began last July, under the U.S. auspices.
