The Polish and Russian foreign ministers are holding a round of cooperation talks that will also include discussion of Ukraine, AP reported. Russia's Sergey Lavrov and Poland's Radek Sikorski on Thursday are also expected to discuss reports that Russia has deployed state-of-the art Iskander missiles in its western exclave of Kaliningrad, bordering EU and NATO members Poland and Lithuania. The ministers are to sign agreements on economic, scientific and cultural cooperation until the year 2020.
