SRCA President Meets with UNHCR Representative in Somalia

Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA), met here today with the representative of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Somalia.
During the meeting, they reviewed the Somali refugee situation as well as ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation.
The UNHCR representative expressed her appreciation of the efforts exerted by the Saudi government regarding the supply of humanitarian aid and relief programs.
SRCA has provided USD 450.000 in donations to help alleviate the suffering of displaced Somali refugees.
