On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received here today a number of Saudi ambassadors-designate to a number of brotherly and friendly countries who took the oath of office before Prince Saud. The ambassadors-designate were Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmalik bin Omar Al Al-Sheikh, Saudi ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Bahrain; Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Abadan, Saudi ambassador-designate to the Republic of Senegal; Naif bin Bandar bin Ahmad Al-Sudairi, Saudi ambassador-designate to Canada; and Mahmoud bin Hussein Saeed Kattan, Saudi ambassador-designate to the Republic of Algerian People's Democratic Republic. Prince Saud conveyed to the ambassadors-designate the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to work honestly and sincerely in serving the religion, the king, the country and Saudi citizens abroad, wishing them all success in performing their tasks. The oath taking ceremony was attended by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani; Assistant Foreign Minister Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Khalid; and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Protocol Affairs Azzam bin Abdulkarim Al-Gain.
