UN Official Arrives in Egypt

Assistant of the UN Secretary General, who is also the Director of the Regional Office of the United Nations Development Program for the Arab countries, Sima Backus arrived here today on a two-day visit to Egypt.
During the visit, the UN official is set to hold talks with a number of Egyptian senior officials to discuss a number of issues of common interest.
