Egyptian Interim President Meets Russian Foreign, Defense Ministers

Egyptian Interim President Adli Mansour received here today visiting Russian ministers of foreign affairs and defense, Sergei Lavrov and Gen. Sergei Shoigu, respectively.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations, means to promote them, in addition to regional issues, especially the situation in Syria and the Palestinian cause. The two ministers also, conveyed Russian President Vladimir Putin greetings to the Egyptian interim president.
