Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmi received here today the director general of the Middle East Department at the Japanese Foreign Ministry. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries in the political, economic, commercial and tourism fields. They also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
