Egyptian Defense Minister Meets with Palestinian President

General Abdulfattah Al-Sisi, Commander-in-Chief of Egyptian Armed Forces, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met here today with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and discussed the exerted efforts in the peace process.
