The International Islamic Relief Organization of Saudi Arabia, an affiliate of Muslim World League, has recently conducted 339 eye surgeries to remove cataracts for needy people in 3 different regions in Tanzania, in addition to making medical checks up for 5,870 patients and providing them with medicines. The Organization's Acting Secretary Ihsan bin Saleh Tayyip pointed out that the Organization set up a camp for this humanitarian mission included advanced medical equipment and modern techniques, noting that the operations and checks up lasted for 10 days.
