AlHijjah 21, 1434, Oct 26, 2013, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov of Turkmenistan on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the King wished the President constant good health and happiness, and the people of Turkmenistan steady progress and prosperity.
