Phone Call between German Chancellor and Russain President

AlHijjah 16, 1434, Oct 21, 2013, SPA -- A phone call was made today between German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian President Valdimir Putin.
During the phone call, the two parties agreed to hold a German-Russian meeting at the ministerial level due to the formation of a new German cabinet.
They also discussed the situation in Syria as well as the importance of Russian cooperation with international community as well as Merkel's endeavors to release the detained enviornmenatal activists.
