AlHijjah 5, 1434, Oct 10, 2013, SPA -- King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran in Madinah is concerned with the Book of Allah's printing, distribution and translation of its meanings as well as printing the books of Sunnah and biography of the Prophet within the framework of the Kingdom's keenness on everything that serves Islam and Muslims. The establishment of the complex reflects the kingdom's leading role in the service of Islam and Muslims. The late Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud laid the foundation stone of the complex in the sixteenth of Muharram of the year of 1403 AH (1982 AD) and opened it on the sixth of Safar 1405 AH (1984 AD). The aim of the complex is to print the Holy Quran, record its recitations, translate its meanings, care for its sciences, care for the biography of the prophet, care for Islamic research and studies, meet the needs of Muslims inside and outside the Kingdom for different versions of the publications of the complex and post the publications of the complex on global networks. The complex has produced more than 327 million copies of full and partial copies of the Holy Quran, translations, recordings and other kinds of publications
