The SPA's president stressed that the SPA has completed its preparations to host the Fourth News Agencies World Congress in Riyadh as it early began formation of working groups and special committees working around the clock to organize events of this conference from the moment of arrival of the delegations until they left the country, pointing out that the organization includes open programs for guests to brief them through field trips on the Kingdom's cultural and historical achievements. He said that the Riyadh conference will be an expanded meeting which gathers officials of world news agencies with senior media men in the world representing news agencies and most prestigious journalistic institutions in addition to officials of the companies of communication technologies that supported the emergence of the new media tools in order for all to be able to exchange views and ideas on the developments of media which has become the main influence in all walks of life. He noted the minister's support for Saudi Press Agency in various fields, including the kingdom's hosting of this important conference, hoping the conference will make recommendations that improve the work of the agencies in various fields.
