Divers Recover 32 more Bodies from Migrant Boat Wreckage off Italy

AlHijjah 01, 1434, October 06, 2013, SPA -- Divers found 32 more bodies on Sunday trapped in the wreck of an unseaworthy boat carrying migrants that sank off the southern Italian island of Lampedusa, the Ansa news agency reported.
The death toll from Thursday's accident now stands at 143. But there are fears that hundreds of bodies are trapped in the wreckage on the sea bed.
Search operations were called off on Friday because choppy seas were making any recovery work difficult.
There were 155 survivors - 154 Eritreans and one Tunisian, according to UNHCR, the UN agency for refugees.
