AlQa'dah 16, 1434, Sep 22, 2013, SPA -- Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received today a message from Eritrean President Isaias Afworki.
The message dealt with means of enhancing bilateral relations in various fields, KUNA reported.
