AlQa'dah 15, 1434, Sep 21, 2013, SPA -- Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, The deputy Premier and Minister of Defense has sent a cable of congratulations to Mali's President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
