Goave, Haiti, Dhu-AlQa'dah 12, 1434, Sep 18, 2013, SPA -- A local official in Haiti says that police have arrested four people in connection with a string of roadside robberies. According to AP, Mayor Sandra Timoleon says that a convoy of specially trained police officers showed up Tuesday in the coastal town of Petit Goave and arrested four people, while other suspects fled. She says a group of gunmen shot at a police vehicle.
