Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Receives Message from U.S. Secretary of State

AlQa'dah 3, 1434, Sep 9, 2013, SPA -- Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received yesterday a written message from U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
Kuwait News Agency said that the message dealt with ways of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields.
