Germany signs on to St Petersburg Syria declaration

AlQa'dah 1, 1434, Sep 7, 2013, SPA -- Germany has signed on to a declaration condemning
the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime, a day after opting
not to do so at the G20 summit in St Petersburg, says German Foreign
Minister Guido Westerwelle.
