A European Union investigation has found strong evidence that Chinese solar panel producers received a range of illegal subsidies to cheaply export their products into the bloc, dpa quoted EU sources as saying Tuesday. The parties concerned, have been informed and asked to respond to the allegations in the coming weeks, the sources said. The investigation is one of four that the European Commission has launched into Chinese exports of solar panels and related products, and is among a series of trade disputes between Brussels and Beijing. The EU's executive is set to issue its definitive findings on the investigation in November before submitting them to member states for a final decision. China is the world's largest producer of solar panels and related products.
