AL Secretary General Receives Message from Emir of Kuwait

Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi, Secretary General of the Arab League, received today an invitation from Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah of Kuwait to attend the 3rd Arab-African Summit to be held in Kuwait on 19,20 November.
The invitation was handed over by the Kuwaiti representative to the Arab League Jamal Al-Ghunaim during his meeting with the AL Secretary General.
